Welcome to the 2024 Cohort of Novel Resolution! This program is designed to help you achieve your novel-writing goals for the year.

Novel Resolution provides everything you need to plan, write, and revise your novel within the calendar year. However, not every writer will aim to achieve this goal for 2024, and that's okay. Some writers may choose to plan their novels and write half of the first draft. Others may choose to write multiple novels within the year. You'll find sample plans to help you know when you should be hitting certain benchmarks based on the goal you want to complete.

It's important to remember Novel Resolution is not a competition with other writers, but rather a program that will help you move forward and reach the goals you set for yourself. We're all cheering for each other to succeed, whatever that may look like to each writer.

In January, we will begin by identifying our writing goals and developing personalized writing plans for the year. Some writers may even start building their story foundations. As we move into February, the rest of the course content will open up so that you can pick and choose the materials that work best for you for where you are in the writing process.

But we won't stop with educational content. We'll also have group coaching calls, a private online community hosted on Mighty Networks, and accountability check-ins to help you make progress on your writing goals all year long.
