Terms of Use

The following terms compose the Agreement between you (the "Student") and Solutions for Writers (the "School") when you purchase a course from the School courses. The School is operated by Easier With A Coach LLC (the "Company").

1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted for the Student's personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if the Student violates any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating the Student's viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, the Student must destroy any downloaded materials in possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Student Risk and Responsibility

When participating in one of the School's programs, the Student may be invited to share original ideas and work with the Company and other students in the School. The Student is not required to do so and assumes all risk and responsibility associated with such sharing.

Some of the School's courses may contain community components, such as, but not limited to, online forums and group virtual calls. The Student assumes all risk and responsibility of participating in community activities.

The School may link to external websites outside of the Company's control. Use of any linked website is at the Student's own risk.

Writing is a subjective field, and the publishing industry is a subjective business. The Company cannot and does not make any guarantees about the Student's success. While the Company makes every effort to present relevant and accurate information and to offer support in the best interest of its students, the Student is responsible for all decisions made about the Student's work.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Agreement or federal, state or local law, Student agrees that in no event shall the Company's liability to Student exceed the total fees paid by Student to Company for the purchased course.

6. Indemnification

Student agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the School, its members, managers, officers, agents, employees, affiliates, insurers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, costs, actions, causes of action, suits, judgments, damages, liabilities, losses, obligations and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of, or in any way related to, any breach of this Agreement or any act or omission by Student, whether in the provision of services under this Agreement or otherwise.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Termination of Access

The Company does not tolerate harassment against any of its owners, employees, guest instructors, or students. The Company will warn the Student of potential removal from the School in the case of harassment. If the Student does not heed such warning, the Company retains the right to limit and remove the Student's access to any of the School's materials without refund or compensation.

9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Company's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All remedies at law or in equity shall be available for the enforcement of this Agreement. In any action brought to enforce the terms of this Agreement, if Company is the prevailing party the Company shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees from the Student.
